Here's my idea:

1) a form of the hull of the boat with aluminum foil. 2 Use tongue depressor to a structure on the leaves wrap around. Tape in place.

2) Take a wooden stick, broken into two parts. Cover again) with both sides at an angle (opposite corner. See a photo of a propeller plane or a boat to see how it should look like.

3) Bend a paperclip into a hook and tape the part of the propeller. please turn to the other side of the clip and so he will stay through the center of the spiral. Volume at the end of the clip in the last tongue depressor. Buck strip on the underside of the aluminum housing.

4) Use a paper clip to the second near the end of the tongue depressor as a hook to fasten the past.

5) the opening of an elastic bar to another.

6) Turn the propeller by hand to complete the rubber band.

7) Place in water and let go. You should spend about 1 / 2 inches one ;-)

1. Use aluminum foil as a base for the boat. Do you have a piece of foil cutter (eg, 5 cm x 7 cm)

2. Bonding make you stick the spatula 4 at the sides of the boat. (2 per side) The front is 2 ends together tongue depressors.

3. The rear of the boat should have the ends of the projection of the tongue depressor.

4. Cover the shape of a boat with newspaper and glue well. (Colors). Gaps in the mold.

5. Cover the paper with tape so the paper does not get wet at the same time end-in-water.

6. Now collect the two rubber bands than those that bind to both ends protrude from the units of language.

7. The 2 paper clips to hold the small piece of aluminum foil in the middle of the rubber.

Your boat is ready.

Well, put it in a bucket with water, and turn back into the Gaza Strip, as many times around the axis of the rubber strips. You now leave the boat and the small strip of aluminum. Your boat is ready for the race. The more laps you in the aluminum foil strip, the plane a longer distance urND go faster.

Hope that made sense. I have during my youth. But I could not kick-view. All the best in the draft of the Uruguay Round.
