Not sure where to get a loan, but make sure you do not end with a loan shark. It would probably be better if I had a family or friends to help, because most likely, will be charged no interest. Otherwise, make sure you read the fine print before signing anything. Public Service Board would be a good start to help with their finances.
The only type of loan, you may be able to get that nobody wants. There are people who borrow the money to everyone, but with a price. What price are willing to pay? His family, security, future, freedom?
